A Message From Lynne
Every relationship tells a story—of longing, closeness, distance, of trying and trying again. Sometimes that story becomes tangled—between others or within ourselves. At the heart of these stories is a longing for connection: to feel seen, safe, understood—and to find comfort, even in solitude. Yet we often get caught in cycles of moving toward and pulling away, leaving us feeling stuck or alone.
I help couples and individuals rebuild physical and emotional closeness by bringing awareness to the dynamics at play and creating space for meaningful change. With empathy and an open heart, I support the repair process after conflict — helping foster curiosity, understanding, and renewed connection. In a safe, non-judgmental space, trust can grow, expression becomes easier, and deeper connection becomes possible. This work isn’t about fixing what’s broken — it’s about finding your way home: to yourself, and to each other.
My path in the helping profession began as a personal care provider for seniors—work I continue in my spare time. These relationships brought me closer to the quiet, everyday realities of grief, and the many forms it takes: sorrow, guilt, anger, even relief. Grief touches not only our emotions, but our relationships and sense of self. Whether you’re grieving someone, something, or noticing grief within your relationship, I’m here
to walk alongside you – to explore memories with care and honesty, and to help you carry your loss with meaning.
